NCGOP Statement on Tim Kaine's Fayetteville Campaign Stop

Press Release:

Raleigh, N.C.     The North Carolina Republican Party (NCGOP) today released the following statement ahead of Tim Kaine's campaign stop in Fayetteville:

"Tim Kaine's Fayetteville visit follows a week of damning revelations further exposing Hillary Clinton's unethical wheeling and dealing at the State Department," said Cumberland County GOP Chair Susan Mills. "Not only did several FBI field offices seek a public corruption probe following a suspicious foreign donation to the foundation while Hillary Clinton was serving as secretary of state, but top Clinton aides were receiving salaries from both the State Department and the Clinton Foundation. It's clear Hillary Clinton didn't set up her secret server merely for 'convenience' but to hide her shady dealings."

Mills continued, "Every North Carolinian should ask if Roy Cooper and Deborah Ross support Hillary Clinton's unethical behavior. It already appears Roy Cooper's following Hillary Clinton's lead when it comes to secretive email practices. Surely, the state's top two Democrats have an opinion on Hillary Clinton facilitating favors for her political and foundation donors."
